L’Eto – Brompton Road

As most of you know, I’m a real foodie. I adore trying food from all over the world and enjoy tasting different cuisines. I was invited to taste the delicious meals available  at L’Eto on Brompton Road in London. Upon entering I couldn’t help notice the atmosphere, beautifully laid back and calm. The decor was equally cosy and traditional. I ordered a strawberry smoothie to begin with which came with the sweetest caviar. I tasted the Veal Ossobuco Ravioli which was served with a creamy cheese sauce and the Spaghetti Al Pomodoro which was lovely. I do prefer my seafood dishes with a little more spice and heat but some people don’t like chilli at all so this dish is a great medium.

L’Eto has grown since first opening in 2011, with five new locations spread across London. Their philosophy blends the heart and mind of nutritious and healthy food, complemented by a delicious selection of desserts. L’Eto’s cuisine is mediterranean inspired with dishes such as Teriyaki Salmon and Honey Roasted Pumpkin and Kale. The cakes have delicious flavours too, such as the Dulce de Leche Cake and Pistachio Rose and Raspberry Cake. Overall the experience was welcoming and the space is exceptional with restaurant seating downstairs also. There is a wonderful selection of everything for everyone, from cakes, desserts, food and smoothies, not to mention Tumeric Lattes! It’s definitely worth a visit!
